Lenny Kravitz is delaying his European concert tour for health reasons The rocker was apparently hospitalized earlier this week for bronchitis Kravitz was expected to perform in London next week and continue to tour Europe through March There s no word on the new concert dates yet In a statement the singer apologized to his fans explaining he just needs some time to get healthy
