The British band The Police headlined the top grossing concert tour of 2007 They reportedly sold more than 2 million tickets and grossed 243 million dollars worldwide As part of their 84 date tour the band stopped in big cities all around the world playing for many sold out audiences They apparently also plan to tour next year in Austalia New Zealand Japan and Europe
Filmmaker Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn are apparently reuniting for a new comedy The two will reportedly co-star in a holiday film called Christmasses set for a release next holiday season Vaughn and Favreau have also co-starred in movies like Swingers and The Break-Up Other stars are signing on for the film like country music star Tim McGraw and Reese Witherspoon
British singer Joss Stone is set to star in a new ad campaign for Cadbury chocolates She ll apparently appear in British TV commercials for Cadbury s Flake chocolate bars The ads will start airing next spring A spokesman for the company says they chose the singer because she reflects the Flake girl s attitude to life
John Travolta is reportedly not starring in the film version of the TV hit Dallas Despite a few days of reports stating otherwise sources say the actor was let go a few weeks ago The starring role of J R Ewing will now apparently go to Ben Stiller One source tells the New York Post it was originally supposed to be a drama but now the budget has been cut and it s turned into a comedy
